So the idea is really straightforward. A non-profit organization in need of initial funding, a global network of over 500,000,000 users in the online social community, and the passionate desire to realize the vision of Change the Balance - all combined to create the “Social Donut Campaign”.
For every $1.00 donated to Change the Balance, a member or volunteer of the organization will eat one (1) Krispy Kreme donut. It’s that simple.
As every founder should put his or her money where their mouth is, I have donated - and eaten I might add - the first of what I hope will be many donations and donuts to come.
